Parties
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any program, course, event, or service (collectively, the “Services”), and the value you will gain by participating in the Services, you hereby agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms are entered into between you (hereinafter “you” or “Client”) and AC Coaching LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Soft Queen™ (hereinafter “Company,” “we,” or “us”). You and the Company are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
Acceptance Of Terms Of Use
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Services.
Services Provided
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Digital Courses & Audio Programs — including all audio modules, meditations, hypnoses, and integration tools.
Workbooks, Guides, and Cheat Sheets — PDF or other digital downloads.
Live Coaching & Q&A Sessions — including Founder’s Offer bonuses, hot seat coaching, or relationship audits.
Community Access — including The Soft Rebellion™ private community.
Future In-Person or Virtual Events — including intensives, retreats, masterminds, and workshops.
Podcast Content — both free and paid audio/video episodes.
Delivery will occur via digital download, online platforms (including Hello Audio), live video calls (Zoom or similar), or in-person events as applicable.
Nature Of Services — Important Disclaimer
The Services are for personal development, educational, and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical advice, and participation does not create a therapist-client relationship.
Although Andrea Clark is a trained Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Mental Wellness Coach, she is not providing therapy under these Services.
No diagnosis, treatment plan, or mental health care is being offered.
You are solely responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require therapeutic support, please seek a qualified healthcare provider.
Client Responsibility
Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for:
Completing the work provided.
Applying the tools and strategies taught.
Participating respectfully in all live sessions and communities.
You acknowledge that your results depend on your own commitment, follow-through, consistency and unique circumstances.
Registration & Payment Terms
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of the Services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full balance and may not cancel future payments.
Payments will be automatically charged to your authorized payment method on file.
You agree to maintain accurate payment and contact information at all times.
Failure to pay any installment will result in late fees, suspension of access, and referral to collections.
Late Fees
If payment is not received within fourteen (14) calendar days of the due date, a late fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) will be added to the outstanding balance. This fee will apply each time a payment becomes more than fourteen (14) days past due until all payments are made in full.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue. If you attempt a chargeback:
You immediately forfeit all rights to any deliverables or Services.
We reserve the right to provide proof of your agreement to these Terms to your financial institution.
You remain responsible for the full outstanding balance of your payment plan, plus any applicable late fees.
Community & Live Session Conduct
You agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of all participants’ personal information.
Participate respectfully — no harassment, hate speech, unsolicited selling, or disruptive behavior.
Violation will result in immediate removal from the community or live sessions with no refund.
Media Release
By participating, you grant us, AC Coaching LLC doing business as Soft Queen™, the right to use your written, audio, or video testimonials, as well as any public comments made in our communities or on coaching calls, for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly revoke this in writing.
Technology Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
Downtime, outages, or platform errors on third-party platforms (e.g., Hello Audio, Zoom).
Inability to access materials due to your technical limitations.
Assumption Of Risk
You acknowledge that any application of the tools and strategies provided is voluntary and at your own risk.
Indemnification & Release
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AC Coaching LLC doing business as Soft Queen™, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your participation is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall first be attempted through mediation in USA, Wyoming or via Zoom. If unresolved, disputes shall be filed in the state or federal courts of the USA, Wyoming.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
